Our Mission
We are dedicated to raising awareness of water safety and drowning risks. By empowering individuals with the essential skills and knowledge, we aim to create a safer environment around water and ensure that everyone can comfortably enjoy aquatic activities.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC),

-
Children ages 1-4 die from drowning more than any other cause of death.

-
For children ages 5-14, drowning is the second leading cause of unintentional injury death, after motor vehicle crashes.

But children are not the only ones at risk when it comes to water:

-
In the US, there are 11 fatal and 22 nonfatal drownings per day.

-
Today, 54% of all Americans either can't swim or don't have basic swimming skills.*
To achieve our goal, we work to organize conferences, campaigns, booths, and fundraisers in easy-to-access locations, all with the help of our volunteers, partners, and neighboring communities.
