Safe Splash made a presence at the Cupertino Cherry Blossom Festival with an engaging booth that attracted over 200 visitors. Set up all day, the booth offered a variety of interactive activities and educational resources!
Children and adults alike enjoyed hands-on activities such as boat building and swim cap decoration. These fun activities not only entertained visitors but also served as creative ways to introduce important water safety concepts. The boat building allowed participants to understand buoyancy and water behavior, while the swim cap decoration provided a platform to discuss the importance of wearing proper swim gear.
In addition to the activities, Safe Splash utilized educational boards to convey crucial information about drowning risks and helpful precautions. These boards were instrumental in spreading awareness about the dangers of drowning and the steps that can be taken to prevent it. Visitors learned about Safe Splash's mission to promote water safety and the various programs it offers to educate the community, especially children.

The booth was a great success thanks to both our incredible Safe Splash members and the enthusiastic participation of the Cupertino community! Safe Splash is grateful for the opportunity to connect with so many people and share our vital message of water safety. We look forward to participating in future events and continuing our mission to prevent drowning and promote safe swimming practices.
